Finance Manager responsible for supporting the Imaging segment within GE Healthcare Latin America. This role partners with modality product directors to drive strategic initiatives, ensure financial rigor, and enable business growth and profitability across the region.

Roles And Responsibilities
The Finance Manager for the Imaging segment will serve as a strategic business partner to modality product directors across Latin America. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence within the segment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Partnering with product directors to develop and evaluate business cases for new product introductions (NPIs), pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product positioning.
- Leading the financial planning processes for the segment, including quarterly estimates, annual budgets, and long-term strategic forecasts.
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of actuals in the ledger, performing variance analysis against targets and prior year, and identifying actionable insights.
- Driving operational productivity initiatives such as logistics optimization and department budget cost management.
- Acting as a key liaison between Product Finance and FP&A teams, consolidating inputs and aligning segment performance with broader regional goals.
- Influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modeling, while communicating complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of finance strategy and policy within the Product Finance function, and serving as a resource for best practices and continuous improvement.
This role requires a high level of evaluative judgment, autonomy, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The Finance Manager will be expected to lead initiatives with moderate risk and resource requirements, and to support the development of junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Functional Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong background in accounting and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Previous leadership experience, including managing or mentoring professionals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
