The successful candidate will contribute to existing and future efforts to facilitate knowledge capture, organization, and sharing within the firm.

The HR team acts as a strategic business partner, taking care of the people who make the company thrive. We work in an integrated way across several fronts:
Recruitment and Selection
, attracting the right talents for the organization's challenges;
Internal Communications

Business Partners

How You Will Contribute

  • Partner with A&M business units on KM initiatives;
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to extend KM service offerings to different areas of the business;
  • Foster relationships and serve as a liaison between A&M's business units and the central knowledge management team;
  • Lead projects to implement global KM processes/tools (e.g., for knowledge capture, taxonomy, search, and skills and experience discovery) and adapt them to different stakeholder groups;
  • Support the design and development of KM future-state processes and tools that align with business-unit objectives;
  • Collaborate with other KM team members;
  • Support KM team members on initiatives both within and beyond the immediate region;
  • Share knowledge of processes, approaches, methods, tools/platforms, etc., with team colleagues so the team can leverage its collective experience across the globe;
  • Provide insight into business needs, initiatives, and end-user experience to help ensure global KM service offerings remain relevant and aligned with overall strategy;
  • Grow KM knowledge and expertise;
  • Identify internal and external KM trends and best practices; communicate and promote these to business-unit KM contacts;
  • Help develop and evolve KM standards and best practices that can be applied across the firm;
  • Champion knowledge sharing and encourage the adoption of KM best practices throughout the region and firm;
  • Demonstrate a willingness to assist with tasks outside immediate key role requirements for the benefit of overall organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Experience with KM and content management approaches (e.g., communities, skills and experience platforms, document libraries, taxonomy and metadata, search, curation, content analytics).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work/technical experience in Business Studies, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Proven experience working with professionals at all levels, up to C-Level.
  • Experience leading projects from inception to completion, including collaborating with stakeholders on timelines and expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Sustained interest in the KM discipline, demonstrated through education (degree/coursework in KM, library science, or related fields) or on-the-job learning.
  • Fluent English is essential (this person will report to a global team); Spanish is desirable.
