Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and gather requirements;
  • Configure and implement Proxima Cloud CRM tailored to business needs;
  • Provide consulting and support in both Portuguese and English;
  • Train users and prepare supporting documentation;
  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing client feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL is essential (PostgreSQL/SQLite is a plus)
  • Fluent in
    Portuguese and English
    , both written and spoken;
  • Understanding of Brazilian business practices and communication culture;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with international and remote teams.
