We are looking for a Business Consultant, to join our team and help design and deliver innovative CRM solutions for global clients. This is a remote position, open to professionals based anywhere in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document CRM workflows and business processes using BPMN/UML, mapped to Dynamics 365.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; support validation through UAT.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning expectations.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support change management initiatives and coordinate training to promote user adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Functional Consultant or Developer) preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Advanced English (B2/C1) – essential for communication with global teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Remote role – open to candidates based in Brazil.
