What you'll do

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in creating chatbot solutions that truly make a difference. Your contributions will help enhance user experiences and support innovation through smart, scalable technology.

  • Design and develop intelligent chatbots tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in an open and inclusive environment.
  • Integrate chatbots with APIs and internal systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Conduct performance and quality testing, fine-tuning bots as needed.
  • Contribute to project planning and strategic discussions on chatbot evolution.
  • Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers, fostering continuous learning.

What we're looking for

  • We value diversity in experience and background. If you have most of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
  • Strong skills in C# (.Net), , and TypeScript.
  • Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or similar).
  • Familiarity with both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (AWS DynamoDB, Azure CosmosDB).
  • Experience connecting bots with AI/ML services.
  • Comfortable working with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • A portfolio or examples of your chatbot work (nice to have).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and machine learning tools.
  • Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, React, or Angular).
  • Skills in conversation design and dialogue flow optimization.

Advanced English (written and spoken)
