Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring product reliability and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Design, test, and evaluate new products and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to ensure seamless product development. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product specifications.
Develop and implement solutions to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability. Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and stress testing to validate design concepts. Provide technical support for product assembly, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
Manage product lifecycle from concept to final production. Continuously monitor and suggest improvements for production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards.
Document designs, specifications, and test results. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (8 years) in product engineering, product design, or related roles.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Experience with 3D printing and prototyping is a plus.
Proficiency in Portuguese and/or English. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant engineering field. Experience with simulation tools and engineering analysis.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance (ISO, CE, etc.). Seniority level
