Team Assistant
We are searching for a highly organized and resourceful Team Assistant to support our executive team in our Regional HQ in Sorocaba with operational coordination and project organization, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Support project organization by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for team and leadership use.
  • Assist in organizing team workshops, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and maintain key team documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of team initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
