Liderança, gestão e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores sob sua responsabilidade, buscando retenção de melhores potenciais para a função de agronomia e menor rotatividade. Transformar o time em referências técnicas para as suas geografias. Conexão e comunicação com principais departamentos internos (marketing, pesquisa e vendas). Domínio dos principais fóruns, processos e ferramentas que envolvem a todos. Conexão e comunicação com principais influenciadores técnicos, parceiros de negócios e principais clientes. Profundo conhecimento técnico da principais práticas de manejo agrícola dentro de sua região de atuação. Habilidade para conduzir discussões com stakeholders internos para alinhamento de melhores oportunidades de contribuição e suporte de seu time de acordo com capacidade instalada de recursos, fortalecendo os três pilares de atividades da agronomia: suporte ao lançamento de produtos, suporte técnico ao time comercial interno e na transferência de conhecimento para o time comercial. Gestão da execução e entrega de atividades de campo de time de Agronomia de Campo sob sua responsabilidade orientado para defesa de proposta d evalor e atingimento de metas de vendas pelos Representantes Comerciais.

Qualificações, Experiência e skills:
Formação em Engenharia Agronômica/Agronomia Mestrado desejável nas áreas de fitotecnia, entomologia, fitopatologia, plantas daninhas e áreas correlatas. Nível de Inglês intermediário/avançado. Conhecimento das culturas de sua atuação e em manejo fitossanitário e mercado Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em time Desejado experiência na area de desenvolvimento de mercado acima de 10 anos. Desejado experiência em gestão de pessoas.
