Role Description

We are seeking a Managing Director for a full-time, on-site role located in São Paulo, SP. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the company meets its objectives. The role involves cultivating client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of industry advancements. The Managing Director will collaborate with various departments to align goals and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in business strategy development, planning, and execution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market trends, financial management, and operational analysis.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in IT solutions, software development, or tech-driven industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to implement innovative technologies and stay ahead in competitive markets.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent leadership-level experience.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
