About the Role:

Charlie Company is a fast-growing American Brand and Service Business seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing systems, ads, and automations.

This is a remote contractor position, open to candidates based in Brazil, working with a U.S. team. Candidates must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

This role is for someone who is experienced, organized, and results-driven — not an amateur or beginner. We're looking for someone who has successfully done this multiple times before and can immediately step in to streamline our processes, set up systems, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Run, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain Go High Level (GHL) and Pipeline Pro automations, triggers, and pipelines.
  • Build complete CRM and marketing automation systems that support scalability and predictable growth.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends, improve performance, and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Implement streamlined processes for tracking, reporting, and optimizing ad and automation performance.
  • Collaborate directly with the executive team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads for service-based businesses.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Go High Level and/or Pipeline Pro (required).
  • Deep understanding of marketing automations, lead funnels, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience working with service-based industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be able to work remotely and collaborate with a U.S.-based team during standard business hours.

Position Details:

  • Independent Contractor (1099 equivalent)
  • Remote – Based in Brazil
