No Asaas, o Head de Sales Enterprise será responsável por estruturar e escalar a operação de vendas para grandes empresas. Buscamos um líder com forte visão estratégica e excelência em execução, capaz de gerar previsibilidade de receita em ciclos de venda complexos.
Sua missão será construir uma operação enterprise robusta, escalável e orientada a resultados, liderando grandes negociações e elevando o nível de maturidade comercial do Asaas na vertical para clientes estratégicos.

Responsibilities- Definir e liderar a estratégia de vendas enterprise, com foco em crescimento de receita, previsibilidade de pipeline e fechamento de contratos de alto valor.
- Construir, gerenciar e desenvolver o time de vendas enterprise, incluindo recrutamento, onboarding, capacitação contínua e gestão de performance.
- Ser responsável pelo pipeline enterprise de ponta a ponta, garantindo forecast acurado, ritmo de vendas consistente e governança dos deals.
- Atuar diretamente em negociações complexas e estratégicas, apoiando o time em contas-chave e ciclos de venda de maior criticidade.
- Trabalhar de forma integrada com Marketing, Produto, CS, Financeiro (pricing) e Jurídico para otimizar go-to-market, propostas de valor e experiência do cliente.
- Definir e evoluir playbooks, segmentação de contas, modelos de abordagem e estratégias de expansão dentro da base enterprise.
- Executar o conceito de "land expanding".
- Experiência comprovada em liderança de vendas enterprise ou grandes contas, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia B2B.
- Histórico consistente de atingimento de metas, gestão de pipeline complexo e ciclos de venda longos.
- Forte capacidade de gestão de times comerciais, com foco em desenvolvimento, coaching e alta performance.
- Experiência em negociações complexas, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders, contratos de alto ticket e RFPs.
- Capacidade analítica para gestão de forecast, métricas de vendas e tomada de decisão orientada a dados.
Diferenciais
- Experiência prévia em fintech, SaaS ou empresas de tecnologia.
- Vivência em vendas para grandes empresas, com reporte direto à diretoria.
- Experiência em estruturas comerciais escaláveis, incluindo definição de territórios e processos de governança.
Modelo de Trabalho
- Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira - não compensamos os sábados);
- Contratação CLT.
