Em parceria com empresa Multinacional do segmento de embalagens, estamos buscando buscando.
Atuação de forma estratégica no relacionamento com clientes B2B. Responsável por garantir uma experiência de atendimento de excelência, contribuindo para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, além de atuar como elo entre as áreas internas e os clientes.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Atender e acompanhar demandas de clientes B2B, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização;
- Gerenciar e acompanhar pedidos de clientes desde a entrada até a entrega final;
- Interagir entre as áreas da empresa (Vendas, Representantes, Logística, Financeiro, Qualidade, Projetos, etc), em interface com clientes nacionais e internacionais;
- Participar de reuniões com clientes e stakeholders para alinhamento de expectativas;
- Monitorar KPIs de atendimento e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos;
- Apoiar na resolução de problemas e reclamações, buscando soluções rápidas e eficazes;
- Manter atualizadas as informações no ERP/CRM;
- Gerar relatórios analíticos para suporte à tomada de decisão.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou correlatos;
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em ambientes industriais ou de supply chain;
- Conhecimento do ERP TOTVS;
- Excel Avançado;
- Inglês Avançado ou Fluente;
- Disponibilidade para viagens.
