We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our International Brand Marketing team in São Paulo for a parental Cover period
.

As we continue to invest and grow our Brazilian business, we are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Senior Marketing Executive who can deliver against our ambition to become the betting destination of choice for Brazilian sports bettors. With a market leading product, world class advertising campaigns, official sponsorship of Cruzeiro and Vasco football clubs and world-famous brand ambassadors Ronaldo and Rivaldo, this is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated marketing professional to take on their next career challenge and drive the rapid growth trajectory of Betfair's International business.

This role will be part of our hybrid working environment with a blend of time in the office and from home.

Responsibilities And Attributions
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Betfair's brand marketing campaigns in Brazil, as well as line managing a Brand Marketing Executive based in São Paulo.

You will use your organisational skills and eye for detail to deliver first class end-to-end execution of Betfair's marketing campaigns across all channels and become a brand guardian for Brazil. You'll also work closely with our local media planning and creative agency to become an expert on the Brazilian media and competitor landscapes, including local TV, radio, and digital media channels.

Besides ensuring best in class campaign execution, the role also involves central coordination of multiple teams around the business, and the successful applicant will therefore require strong stakeholder management skills. Engaging with Commercial, Digital, Sponsorship, Creative, CRM, Legal, and Social Media teams daily, you will collate inputs from around the business to deliver high impact campaigns that achieve cut-through in a highly competitive, regulated market.

The role requires a highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn, understand Betfair's brand marketing channels in depth, and deliver flawless execution against campaign plans at pace.

Requisites And Qualifications
What you'll bring:

• Highly motivated, with a willingness to learn and understand Betfair's brand marketing channels in depth.
• Ability to deliver flawless execution against campaign plans at pace.
• Comfortable owning multiple workstreams and projects, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Solid experience in multi-channel marketing, with a creative eye and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Fluency in Business English and Portuguese (ideally Brazilian), both verbal and written — essential.
• Bonus: experience in media planning and buying, and/or knowledge of the Brazilian media landscape (TV, radio, digital).
• Comfortable using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Confident presenting to a broad audience, including senior stakeholders.
• Proactive in building a network of effective relationships across Flutter and beyond.
• Gambling industry experience not required, but a passion for sports and/or sports betting is advantageous.
