Buscamos um perfil de Developera Backend Sênior em Java para atuar em um projeto desafiador que envolve todo o ciclo de vida de funcionalidades em um banco digital.
Sua missão: - Atender junto com a CI&T um cliente do mercado financeiro; - Suporte na liderança técnica do time. - Realizar deploys ágeis e com alta qualidade;
Requisitos: - Desenvolvimento backend em Java 11 e Springboot 3. - Atuação com Testes automatizados; - Bancos de dados PostgreSQL. - Experiencia em Cloud AWS. - Conhecimento em Kotlin Backend (Diferencial)
Soft-skills: - Conhecimento em práticas ágeis de times de desenvolvimento; - Ser resiliente em contextos desafiadores; - Atuar como parceiro do cliente, entendendo seus objetivos e propondo soluções; - Ser comunicativo com as demais pessoas do time, contribuindo positivamente para uma relação construtiva nos feedbacks.
