Position Overview

The Project Manager will handle day-to-day client project oversight, material sourcing, scheduling, and progress updates. This role requires someone who thrives in operational work, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects end-to-end, from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Communicate with clients regularly in both
    Portuguese and English
    , providing clear updates and gathering requirements.
  • Build and manage detailed project and production schedules, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies stay on track.
  • Ordering and source all required materials and resources for each project.
  • Track shipments, delivery timelines, and availability of required materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure expectations and responsibilities are clearly aligned.
  • Proactively identify risks and adjust schedules or resources to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, project notes, and status updates inside Worktables systems.
  • Ensure clients always have clear visibility into progress, upcoming steps, and any changes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Experience minimum is required
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
    — required.
  • Proven experience managing projects
    , including timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
  • Experience managing orders, procurement, and project scheduling
    — required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience working with project management systems is a plus).
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in our Curitiba office.
