Project Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance

About the role

As a Project Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by managing complex projects within the insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, mitigating risks and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with transparency.
  • Implement Portfolio and Project Management best practices to optimize resource allocation.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilize project management tools and software for tracking and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English
  • Extensive experience in Portfolio and Project Management
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Expertise in risk management and resource optimization
