Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Mumbai. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves team management, leading the sales team to achieve targets, driving business development initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Director will also be required to drive campaign performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Prior experience in the advertising or mobile app industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
