We're supporting one of ur amazing clients in hiring a Senior Product Manager, Payments to lead their global payments strategy.

The role fully remote and we are looking for residents in Brasil & Argentina.

About the Client

Our client is a global operations platform for short-term rental hosts and service professionals. They are scaling rapidly and expanding their multi-product ecosystem across Europe, Canada, Australia, the UK, and LATAM.

Role Overview

  • You will own the end-to-end payments stack — from cash-in to cash-out — across currencies, markets, and payment methods.This includes payouts, settlements, FX, cross-border flows, fraud/risk, and financial operations.
  • A core part of the role is managing and optimizing the company's
    Stripe Connect
    implementation.
  • You will be the subject-matter expert on
    regional payment systems
    ,
    compliance
    ,
    KYB/KYC
    , and
    marketplace money movement
    .
  • You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, CS and Design, reporting to the VP of Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global
    payments & financial products
    roadmap.
  • Own the full
    payout lifecycle
    : settlements, failed payouts, disputes, holds & negative balances.
  • Manage
    FX
    , multi-currency flows, cross-border logic, and regulatory constraints.
  • Guide and optimize their
    Stripe Connect
    implementation (Express/Custom).
  • Support global expansion (EU, UK, Canada, Australia): methods, rails, compliance, tax/VAT.
  • Evaluate and onboard new payment providers.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Risk/Engineering to model
    liabilities, working capital, exposure, and flows
    .
  • Drive reliability, transparency, and conversion across the entire payment experience.

Minimum Requirements

We're prioritizing profiles with direct experience in Stripe Connect and global marketplace payments.

  • 6+ years in Product Management.
  • Experience building
    payments, fintech, or financial services
    products.
  • Strong technical understanding of
    payment flows, payouts, fraud/risk, and cost trade-offs
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Stripe Connect
    , logs, webhooks, and payout configuration.
  • Knowledge of
    KYC/KYB, AML, GDPR, tax/VAT
    .
  • Experience in
    embedded finance
    , instant payouts, or advance/lending products.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with
    SEPA, Faster Payments, Interac, POLi, iDEAL
    .
  • Launched payment products in
    EU, UK, Canada, Australia
    .
  • Experience in
    two-sided marketplaces
    and optimizing
    unit economics
    .
