About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Analyst & Scrum Master
to support the delivery of our
Supply Chain Analytics
product teams. This role partners closely with
planning, logistics, and manufacturing
domain leaders to translate business needs into actionable analytics insights while facilitating agile delivery for cross-functional data and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong
supply chain domain expertise
, hands-on
analytics and SQL skills
, and proven experience serving as a
Scrum Master
, ensuring predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Analysis (80%)

  • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders across
    Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service
    to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate complex business problems into
    analytics solutions
    , including dashboards, KPIs, data marts, and alerts aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Create, maintain, and refine product and analytics artifacts, including:
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Process maps (BPMN)
  • Data dictionaries and KPI definitions
  • Data lineage and source-to-target mappings
  • Perform
    data discovery, profiling, and validation
    using
    Snowflake
    and advanced
    SQL
    (CTEs, window functions).
  • Ensure data quality and reconcile analytics outputs with
    source systems and ERP data
    .
  • Review and validate
    Power BI reports and semantic models
    , including DAX measures, calculation groups, and row-level security (RLS).
  • Define and monitor key Supply Chain KPIs such as:
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Inventory turns
  • Case fill rate
  • On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)
  • Production adherence
  • Distribution center throughput
  • Transportation cost per case
  • Support
    data governance
    initiatives, including metadata management, access controls, and data quality standards.
  • Contribute to analytics best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Scrum Master & Delivery (20%)

  • Serve as
    Scrum Master
    for Supply Chain Analytics product teams.
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on
    agile principles
    , transparency, and empiricism.
  • Maintain a prioritized and well-groomed
    product backlog
    using
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Track delivery metrics such as
    velocity, cycle time, burnup, and burndown
    to forecast delivery.
  • Remove impediments and foster collaboration across
    business, analytics, data engineering, and platform teams
    .
  • Promote clear
    Definition of Ready
    and
    Definition of Done
    , test automation where applicable, and outcome-based delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years
    of experience in Business Analysis or Analytics roles.
  • 3–5+ years
    of experience serving as a
    Scrum Master
    for agile teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Snowflake
  • Advanced
    SQL
  • Power BI
    (DAX, semantic modeling, RLS)
  • Solid understanding of
    data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality practices
    .
  • Proven experience in
    CPG supply chain
    domains (demand planning, inventory, production, logistics).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certifications (
    CSM, PSM
    ).
  • PL-300
    (Power BI) or
    SnowPro Core
    certification.
  • Experience with
    SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis
    , or similar ERP/APS platforms.
  • Familiarity with
    S&OP
    , APS, and enterprise planning processes.
  • Knowledge of
    data governance frameworks
    , metadata management, and stewardship models.
