Main Responsibilities

  • Understand role requirements and identify qualified talent.

  • Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms.

  • Review and shortlist resumes to match position criteria.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate suitability.

  • Support candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.

  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.

  • Ensure clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and recruitment tools.

  • Experience in sourcing for technical or creative roles is a plus.
