DATA ASSISTANT

Somos has temporary openings for Data Assistant positions, on-site. We are looking for organised and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to a specific project, carrying out data comparison, verification, and correction. Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for:

  • Updating client records. This will involve comparing data in spreadsheets with the client's system and updating the system in the event of discrepancies.

  • Reviewing records and correcting potential errors, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data transfer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (experience in data-related fields is a plus)

  • Mandatory experience with Excel (filters and spreadsheet management)

  • Organisation and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and data management tools

  • Basic English skills (reading and writing)

Atribuições

O profissional será responsável por:

  • Atualizar os registros dos clientes. O trabalho consiste em comparar os dados registrados nas planilhas com o sistema utilizado pelo cliente e, se algo diferir da planilha, atualizar devidamente no sistema.

  • Revisar os registros e corrigir possíveis erros, garantindo a qualidade da transferência de dados.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo (formação em áreas de dados ou experiência com tratamento de dados será um diferencial)

  • Experiência com o Excel obrigatória (filtros e preenchimento de planilhas)

  • Organização e atenção a detalhes

  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP ou CRM e ferramentas de gestão de dados

  • Inglês intermediário (leitura e escrita)
