The project: We are looking for an exceptional Workday specialist for this fully remote opportunity to work with a US-based client in the finance services industry. They are a market-leading, award-winning direct lender and experienced private credit asset manager.

Responsibilities:


• Act as primary expert for Workday Financials (Fund & Strategic Accounting).


• Manage and enhance Workday's security model (segmented access, custom groups).


• Develop and optimize integrations (Workday Studio) and reports (Prism Analytics).


• Ensure data integrity and troubleshooting using Workday's object-oriented model.


• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Identify and implement system improvements and best practices.


• Provide expert support and root cause analysis for Financials issues.

Requirements:


• 5+ years of Workday Financials experience (implementations & support).


• Deep expertise in Workday security (domains, groups, policies, advanced configs).


• Proficiency in Workday Studio (integrations) and Prism Analytics (reporting, data modeling).


• Strong grasp of Workday's object-oriented data model and financial processes.


• Experience building/optimizing complex reports (custom reports, calculated fields).


• Solid foundation in accounting principles, data analysis, and database concepts.

Preferred skills:


• Workday HCM experience.


• Knowledge of C# (ISA framework).


• Workday certifications (Financials/Integrations).
