About This Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build and grow Aurora's voice and thought leadership across multiple channels - from LinkedIn and email, to social media sites, forums, blogs and landing pages. Our content drives awareness, educates potential clients, and supports everything from lead gen funnels to product launches.

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will own this function end-to-end, helping us grow our reach, engage the right audiences, and develop Aurora's trust, reliability and brand presence in the ad-tech space.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy for Aurora Group and its sub-brands
• Write and publish high-quality, engaging content for social platforms, emails, blogs, forums, Reddit and more
• Research and analyze keywords, competitors and industry trends to develop the content strategy
• Publish SEO-optimized content to grow organic traffic
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and team goals
• Collaborate with design to produce branded assets for posts, slides, and campaigns
• Create short-form explainers, thought leadership posts, and guides to educate the market
• Track content performance and continuously optimize messaging and format

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand storytelling
• Proven ability to create high-quality written content across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of how content fits into a growth strategy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), with a strong grasp of tone and positioning
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative and ownership with minimal supervision

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS, ad tech, or performance marketing environment
• Familiarity with paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ad buying terminology
• Experience scripting or supporting video content (e.g. VSLs, explainers)
• Familiarity with SEO basics and analytics tools for content performance tracking

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for the role is $1,600 – $2,500 USD per month. This range covers multiple experience levels and will be refined during the selection process based on your background, location, and qualifications.
