• Join the Resource Allocation team, responsible for shaping the company's strategy;
• Drive strategic decisions that optimize impact and growth across key markets;
• Play a central role in aligning business priorities with long-term objectives

Role Responsibilities

• Defining investment strategies and resource allocation frameworks to maximize impact across cities;
• Developing and managing financial models to support strategic & data-driven decisions;
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities in alignment with strategic goals;
• Analyzing market dynamics, operational margins, and competitive landscapes to inform recommendations,

Role Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, finance, or operations with a focus on resource allocation or investment mgmt;
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus;
• Strategic mindset, stakeholder management excellence and a collaborative approach to problem-solving;
