What we are looking for
We currently seek financially savvy Consultants to support our growing business at our office in São Paulo. Ideal candidates have:
- Bilingual English/Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projects
- Interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling
- An outstanding degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, delivery and financial analysis, MBA or similar
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
- Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization
- A mature and professional demeanor
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 60% of the year)
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the Brazil permanently without sponsorship
What you´ll do at BTS
- Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth
- Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas
- Collaborate and lead small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions
- Work in several accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and generation of leads
- Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries
