Location:  São Paulo, Hybrid

  • Strategic Thinking: Understands what drives content performance and analyzes creative success. Creates coherent and effective communication strategies and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Enjoys co-creating with marketing professionals, designers and creators in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactivity and Initiative: Focused on solutions, autonomous and always looking to take ideas forward.
  • Comfortable working in English.
  • Desirable: Solid analytical skills and experience with performance marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.).
How you'll make a difference
  • Track trends, top apps and viral content to identify engagement triggers and turn them into data-driven creative ideas.
  • Analyze high-performing creatives, extract key learnings and share insights to optimize future results.
  • Collaborate with the team to turn insights into creative strategies and participate in the entire content production process - from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing.
  • Support A/B testing of creative and use performance insights to improve campaigns.
