In this role, you will:- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic alignment between LATAM and Global/Regional objectives.
- Identify and communicate regional needs, challenges, and opportunities to global stakeholders.
- Define, forecast, and set aggressive quarterly sales goals for distinct client segments and programs.
- Develop frameworks for performance measurement and ensure alignment between strategic intent and operational KPIs.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on insights and market dynamics.
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles for LATAM sales.
- Prepare and present executive-level reviews of program performance, strategic shifts, and market trends.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. What you need to have to be considered- 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or Operational Planning within technology or digital advertising.
- Proven success defining and implementing strategic sales programs across diverse client segments.
- Expertise in forecasting, goal setting, and synthesizing complex data for executive audiences.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization with cross-continental stakeholder management.
- Native-level Spanish and advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.
