Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Assegurar a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e desempenho dos bancos de dados em ambientes de nuvem;
  • Planejar, implementar e otimizar infraestruturas de banco de dados escaláveis e resilientes;
  • Automatizar processos de administração de BD (provisionamento, backup, monitoramento, deploy) por meio de scripts e ferramentas DevOps;
  • Realizar análises de performance e otimização de queries, índices e configurações;
  • Implementar e manter estratégias de alta disponibilidade e recuperação de desastres (HA/DR);
  • Monitorar e instrumentar bancos de dados utilizando ferramentas como Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix e Dynatrace;
  • Atuar junto às equipes de engenharia para garantir boas práticas de versionamento, deploy e automação de bancos de dados (Database Release Automation – Redgate, Flyway);
  • Contribuir para processos de segurança, compliance e criptografia de dados;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com SREs e desenvolvedores, apoiando a integração entre banco de dados, aplicações e infraestrutura;
  • Participar das cerimônias ágeis e colaborar na resolução de incidentes e problemas críticos;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo (2 a 3 vezes por semana).

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência com múltiplos SGBDs: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis e DynamoDB;
  • Vivência com versões gerenciadas em Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Domínio de serviços de banco de dados gerenciados (ex: RDS, Aurora, CosmosDB);
  • Experiência em automação via scripting (Python, Bash ou PowerShell);
  • Conhecimento em monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, Dynatrace);
  • Experiência com otimização de performance e tuning de queries;
  • Implementação de alta disponibilidade e recuperação de desastres;
  • Conhecimento em Linux e/ou Windows Server;
  • Experiência com Git e metodologias ágeis;
  • Experiência com Database Release Automation (Redgate, Flyway).
  • Desejáveis: Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation); Conhecimentos em containers e Kubernetes; Vivência em segurança de dados e criptografia; Experiência com Data Warehousing e Big Data.
