Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative Content Strategist – Viral Video Lead to own our short-form content strategy and boost our brand presence across social platforms.

This role requires someone who can create scroll-stopping videos — not traditional, boring B2B marketing. We want engaging, educational, and entertaining content that sales professionals actually want to watch.

Responsibilities
  • Concept, script, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Create content centered around sales failures, coaching tips, storytelling, and "roasting" bad pitches.
  • Translate AI-generated insights into simple, human-centered narratives.
  • Identify trends within the Sales/Business niches and adapt them to the brand.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate quickly on hooks, formats, and styles.
  • Produce high-quality videos using minimal equipment (phone + basic lighting).
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Videomaker, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating viral content or real growth in social channels.
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the sales ecosystem (SDRs, closers, VPs, objections, sales scripts, etc.).
  • High creativity with the ability to move fast and leverage trends.
  • Self-starter, independent, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work fully remote.
Nice to Have
  • Experience creating content in the business, sales, or coaching niches.
  • Willingness to appear on camera when needed.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
