Overview
Treasury is the area responsible for capital, liquidity and IRRBB management at Deutsche Bank. Capital & Liquidity Management is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on capital, liquidity, funding, the balance sheet, assets and liability exposures, risk weighted assets, regulation, etc. for the effective management of financial resources and associated risks, in line with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Manage IRRBB, liquidity and capital.
  • Conduct capital planning, RWA analysis and dividend / capital injection coordination with global teams.
  • Structure and monitor funding and hedging operations including deposits/LF, repos, futures, swaps and intercompany funding.
  • Prepare and present Treasury and ALCO (Asset & Liability Committee) reports (NII, EVE, IRRBB, LCR, sNLP and balance sheet projections)
  • Support the design and enhancement of the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework for all business lines.
  • Collaborate with regional Treasury teams to optimize cross-border liquidity and buffer management, including daily and monthly liquidity stress testing.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and support strategic Treasury planning for LatAm.

  • Microsoft Excel - advanced (VBA)
  • English (fluent)
  • Spanish (intermediary)
