Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Realizar a liderança técnica das iniciativas de Data Science e IA desde a ideação até a entrega em produção;
  • Construir e treinar modelos robustos de Machine Learning, garantindo desempenho, escalabilidade e segurança;
  • Projetar e implementar arquiteturas de dados e ML utilizando serviços nativos da AWS;
  • Fornecer suporte técnico, orientação e mentoring para a equipe, elevando o nível de conhecimento técnico coletivo;
  • Contribuir ativamente para a documentação técnica e para a disseminação de best practices e conhecimento dentro da organização.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Proficiência Avançada em Python e suas bibliotecas (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn);
  • Experiência com NLP, NLU, LLMs e FMs;
  • Conhecimento de Cloud AWS;
  • Vivência com frameworks de Deep Learning (TensorFlow, Keras ou PyTorch).
