YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Solutions Engineer at Acclaro, you'll be at the intersection of AI, linguistics, and full-stack development, designing and deploying intelligent language solutions that power global communication. You'll collaborate across teams to build scalable systems, optimize LLM performance, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our localization workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to customer language needs, including QE, MT, and data annotation
• Build and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to support translation, localization, and transcription
• Collaborate with linguists and domain experts to fine-tune model behavior and improve output quality
• Develop Python-based APIs and services that interface with LLMs and NLP tools
• Architect scalable back-end systems for multilingual content processing and workflow automation
• Ensure robust data handling, security, and performance across all systems
• Partner with product managers, linguists, and AI researchers to align solutions with business goals
• Participate in agile development cycles, code reviews, and CI/CD processes

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 5+ years of experience in the language services industry as a Localization Engineer or a similar role.
• Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Bring hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Are proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Understand back-end architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Know the challenges of multilingual NLP and how to solve them
• Are familiar with NLP concepts like tokenization, embeddings, and model fine-tuning

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience with front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Are comfortable with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Understand data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) in language data handling
• Have worked in global or multilingual teams
• Are multilingual or have experience working across time zones and regions
