About the Role
As a
Technical Account Manager
, you will own the post-sales journey for a portfolio of customers. You will guide them through onboarding, ensure seamless implementations, and partner closely to achieve business goals. This role blends technical expertise, strategic advisory, and relationship management—directly influencing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end
- Partner with customers to define success metrics and value roadmaps
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and champion product adoption
- Conduct business reviews, training sessions, and rollout of new features
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive renewals and expansion
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with a background in implementations or consulting; solutions architecture experience is a plus
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, CRM, or data/AI platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value
- Hands-on experience leading technical discussions and solution design
