Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Projetos de TI para atuar na gestão de iniciativas relacionadas a infraestrutura de data centers, com foco em cabeamento estruturado e telecomunicações, atendendo projetos em ambientes corporativos e industriais de médio e grande porte. O(a) profissional será responsável por coordenar o ciclo completo de projetos — desde o planejamento e controle até a entrega — garantindo a integração entre equipes técnicas, fornecedores e stakeholders regionais, dentro dos padrões de qualidade, prazo e orçamento estabelecidos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar projetos de implantação, expansão e modernização de infraestrutura de data center (cabeamento estruturado, redes, telecom e energia).
  • Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas, planos de ação e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Atuar na interface entre times técnicos, fornecedores e clientes internos em diferentes países da região LATAM.
  • Gerenciar riscos, mudanças e entregas, assegurando o alinhamento com as metas corporativas e políticas de TI globais.
  • Controlar o orçamento do projeto e apoiar processos de compras e contratações técnicas.
  • Produzir relatórios executivos de status, comunicação de marcos e apresentações para a gestão sênior.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas e padrões de qualidade aplicáveis (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO, etc.).

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês (conversação).
  • Experiência comprovada em coordenação de projetos de infraestrutura de TI, preferencialmente em ambientes de data center e telecomunicações.
  • Domínio das ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Capacidade de atuar em ambiente multicultural e coordenar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.

Diferenciais 

  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.
  • Certificações em gerenciamento de projetos (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMO-CP ou equivalentes).
  • Conhecimento em frameworks ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Vivência em projetos regionais (LATAM) e/ou ambientes industriais complexos.
