About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Project Manager / Delivery Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic project leadership and technical know-how, with demonstrated success delivering initiatives in data, IT, financial services, or enterprise software domains.

This role demands deep experience managing stakeholders, driving delivery excellence, and adopting Agile, Scrum, and hybrid models across geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project & Delivery Management: Lead large-scale projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable and robust technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations across senior leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization: Drive cost-efficient delivery by managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional resource allocation.
  • Agile & Hybrid Delivery Models: Implement and refine delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall methods, as required.
  • Reporting & Governance: Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting on performance, milestones, and risk posture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate delivery frameworks, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements across the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of experience in Project Management, Program Delivery, or Technology Consulting, preferably with enterprise or global clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems, data platforms, or cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of leading diverse technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, KMP, PRINCE2 (preferred).
