Role Description

We are looking for a
dynamic and hands-on Infrastructure Manager
to lead our infrastructure and operations team.

This is a leadership role that requires both
technical depth
and
strong people management skills
.

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the design, maintenance, and evolution of critical IT environments — including data centers, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity layers — ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for guiding a team of infrastructure analysts and engineers, defining priorities, mentoring professionals, improving processes, and acting as a key interface between clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the infrastructure and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Plan and oversee projects related to virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and monitoring.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability across client and internal environments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
  • Support critical operations and guide escalation processes when needed.
  • Coordinate with leadership and other departments to align infrastructure strategy with company objectives.
  • Monitor infrastructure health using modern tools and metrics.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the infrastructure area.
  • Report operational performance, risks, and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in
    IT Infrastructure Management
    or
    Operations Leadership
    roles.
  • Solid background in
    virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
    ,
    networking
    ,
    cybersecurity
    , and
    backup/disaster recovery
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on
    client relationship management
    .
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology
    ,
    Computer Science
    , or a related field.
  • Fluent English
    is required;
    Spanish
    is a strong plus.
  • Certifications such as
    Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, or ITIL
    are highly desirable.
