We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic and multicultural team.

In this role, you will support the B2B sales team by helping manage client relationships, coordinating commercial activities, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. You'll assist with preparing proposals, tracking sales performance, and handling administrative tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team, such as helping to prepare commercial proposals, presentations, pricing lists, and basic contract documents. 

· Draft and distribute routine correspondence or updates on behalf of the CCO as needed. 

· Help prepare and format presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CCO's internal and external meetings. 

· Coordinate communication between the Commercial team and internal teams (marketing, finance, product, legal) to ensure timely follow-up on action items. 

· Assist with updating and maintaining reports on sales activities, targets, and basic partner performance data. 

· Support the team with routine follow-ups, renewal reminders, and simple promotional campaigns. 

· Help organize and collect necessary documents for new partners, making sure all paperwork is complete and accurate. 

· Conduct basic research on potential markets and help identify new business leads. 

· Take part in industry events (in-person or online) to support lead generation and help build relationships. 

Requirements: 

· 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales support, administrative, or business coordination role. 

·  Fluent in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken. 

·  High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot), and project tracking software. 

· Well-organized with attention to detail. 

· Knowledge of the iGaming sector, particularly casinos, sportsbook, or game aggregation platforms, is highly desirable. 

· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate across multiple departments in a remote or hybrid environment. 

· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen interest in the industry
