Objective

To lead the technical transformation of projects by embedding Generative AI into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role is responsible for defining, validating, and evolving technical solutions that improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery speed while coaching teams to adopt AI-first engineering practices. The mission is to act as a change agent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Design and validate complex technical solutions that incorporate AI-assisted development and automation across the SDLC.

Guide and mentor engineering teams on how to use Generative AI tools effectively for tasks such as code generation, testing, documentation, and refactoring.

Promote a cultural and operational shift toward AI-first delivery, ensuring teams understand both the potential and limitations of AI assistance.

Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and project management teams to ensure integration, maintainability, and scalability of AI-enabled solutions.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that AI-driven processes remain secure, ethical, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Conduct technical reviews and promote the adoption of best practices for AI governance, validation, and model-assisted code evaluation.

Actively contribute to the definition of reusable patterns and accelerators that standardize AI adoption across teams.

Support team members by providing technical coaching, training sessions, and hands-on guidance in applying Generative AI responsibly.

Stay current with advancements in AI, software engineering, and automation to ensure solutions remain aligned with modern market practices.

Evaluate and integrate AI tools and APIs to enhance developer productivity, automation, and overall SDLC maturity.

Facilitate collaboration between technical leaders, developers, and AI strategists to align architecture decisions with broader organizational goals.

Continuously assess the impact of AI usage on quality, performance, and business outcomes, iterating on processes for continuous improvement.
