We're looking for a friendly and proactive
Customer Support Specialist
to join our remote team

If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring smooth service experiences, this role could be a perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns

Help improve customer support processes and workflows

Ensure a positive experience for every customer

What You Bring:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers

Comfortable using CRM tools or support platforms

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous customer support or service experience is a plus

Familiarity with ticketing systems is an advantage
