Job Description
- Gerenciar e desenvolver a rede de distribuidores na região Nordeste;
- Realizar treinamentos com equipes de vendas dos distribuidores, promovendo visibilidade e confiança na marca;
- Visitar usuários finais (restaurantes, padarias, hospitais, centrais de produção) para demonstrações e geração de demanda;
- Atuar com estratégias de go-to-market, incluindo down-sell, up-sell e venda de acessórios;
- Participar de feiras e eventos do setor, além de manter relacionamento com associações e escolas de gastronomia;
- Gestão ativa de leads e acompanhamento de oportunidades comerciais;
- Reporte direto ao Diretor Comercial.
The Successful Applicant
- Formação em Gastronomia, Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas, com afinidade pelo universo da cozinha;
- Perfil comercial com atitude "mão na massa" e forte energia para vendas;
- Excelente capacidade de organização, escuta ativa e autonomia;
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;
- Inglês intermediário (empresa global).
