Job Description

  • Gerenciar e desenvolver a rede de distribuidores na região Nordeste;
  • Realizar treinamentos com equipes de vendas dos distribuidores, promovendo visibilidade e confiança na marca;
  • Visitar usuários finais (restaurantes, padarias, hospitais, centrais de produção) para demonstrações e geração de demanda;
  • Atuar com estratégias de go-to-market, incluindo down-sell, up-sell e venda de acessórios;
  • Participar de feiras e eventos do setor, além de manter relacionamento com associações e escolas de gastronomia;
  • Gestão ativa de leads e acompanhamento de oportunidades comerciais;
  • Reporte direto ao Diretor Comercial.

The Successful Applicant

  • Formação em Gastronomia, Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas, com afinidade pelo universo da cozinha;
  • Perfil comercial com atitude "mão na massa" e forte energia para vendas;
  • Excelente capacidade de organização, escuta ativa e autonomia;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;
  • Inglês intermediário (empresa global).
