Program Manager Manage the entire lifecycle of a delivery program, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and scalability.Serve as primary liaison to senior leadership, delivering high-impact updates and reports.Identify gaps and opportunities within the program workflow and propose actionable solutions. Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Manage all facets of the program lifecycle, including sales enablement, client onboarding, and performance optimization.Strategic Metrics Development: Design and implement KPIs and success metrics that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.Executive Communication: Serve as primary liaison to senior leadership, delivering high-impact updates and reports.Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities within the program workflow and propose actionable solutions.
