O principal objetivo da função é implementar iniciativas de vendas do portfólio da Hollister do Brasil com parceiros de negócios do setor da saúde, no mercado público e privado, além de oferecer atendimento a pacientes que necessitem de orientação adequada quanto a utilização dos produtos, assegurando sempre a melhoria da qualidade de vida do mesmo. Esta é uma posição de campo, atuando em Uberlândia que se concentra no estabelecimento e construção de relações com clientes e pacientes que resultarão em aumento de vendas para atender ou exceder as metas, conforme definido no plano operacional anual da empresa.

RESPONSIBILIDADES

  • Garantir os resultados de vendas estabelecendo e mantendo relações comerciais com clientes, sempre em alinhamento com a Missão da Hollister;
  • Elaborar e implementar a agenda de visitas a clientes;
  • Prospectar novos clientes;
  • Comunicar efetivamente conhecimentos clínicos e de produtos a clientes e pacientes;
  • Interagir eficazmente com profissionais da saúde (enfermeiros, enfermeiros estomaterapeutas, fisioterapeutas de Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo e outros.);
  • Fornecer suporte técnico ao cliente auxiliando na prevenção e resolução de quaisquer problemas que possam afetar os níveis de serviço;
  • Assegurar que os clientes estejam cientes de quaisquer programas de marketing, incentivos ou promoções e lançamentos de produtos;
  • Realizar o atendimento ao paciente encaminhado através do Programa de Suporte ao Estomizado da empresa (Qualivida) seja domiciliar ou por telefone.
  • Estabelecer forte relacionamento com as áreas funcionais da empresa;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o Supervisor Regional de Vendas na definição do plano de trabalho para a região.
  • Trabalhar para melhorar suas habilidades de venda atendendo aos treinamentos conforme necessário ou recomendado pela gerência;
