Vaga: Product Owner – CLT | Presencial - Guarulhos/SP

Na RUK Tecnologia, estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner para impulsionar a evolução dos nossos produtos digitais.

Procuramos alguém com visão estratégica, capacidade de priorização e experiência em traduzir necessidades de negócio em demandas claras para o time de tecnologia.

Responsabilidades

Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio, clientes e time de desenvolvimento.

Gerenciar o backlog, priorizar entregas e garantir alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos.

Detalhar histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite.

Acompanhar métricas de uso, propondo melhorias contínuas nos produtos.

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada como Product Owner ou função similar.

Conhecimento em Scrum e Kanban.

Habilidade em documentação de requisitos e visão de produto.

Boa comunicação, organização e perfil colaborativo.

Diferenciais

Experiência nos segmentos Jurídico ou RH Tech.

Vivência com ferramentas como Jira, Confluence e Freshworks.

Conhecimento em métricas de produto (ex.: engajamento, churn, funil de conversão).
