ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Responsible for managing end-to-end Network implementation projects. This role bridges technical and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery, coordinating between technical teams, vendors, GEO project management team, customers etc to address challenges and achieve project goals

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Acts as the primary contact during the execution of the project
  • Plans and execute implementation projects, ensuring scope & timelines are met
  • Builds and owns the delivery roll out plan in consultation with different project team members
  • Mobilizes internal delivery resources
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks related to Network services deployments
  • Coordinates cross-functional technical teams to resolve project roadblocks
  • Participates in pilot migration and implementation calls
  • Drives post implementation/ migration reviews
  • Ensures proper documentation and handover of technical deliverables to operations teams.
  • Documents lessons learned for future references.
  • Builds and shares project progress dashboards
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in networking or project management (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, MS Project, Power point).
  • Proven and solid experience in managing and executing Network implementation/ migration projects.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.
  • Track record of identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and scope, with a focus on successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Network services and delivery processes.
  • Ability to drive projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.
