Aqui, você será peça-chave na condução de projetos estratégicos e implementações de alto impacto, acompanhando os clientes e garantindo que cada entrega se transforme em uma história de sucesso.
O Que Você Vai Fazer
- Realizar o onboarding e o ongoing de uma carteira de clientes corporativos, conduzindo todo o ciclo de relacionamento — desde a implementação inicial até a plena adoção e sucesso no uso das soluções;
- Gerir estrategicamente os clientes sob sua responsabilidade, compreendendo em profundidade os serviços contratados e as suas necessidades operacionais e processuais;
- Planejar e acompanhar o andamento dos projetos dos clientes, garantindo entregas organizadas, realistas e de alto impacto;
- Apoiar processos de migração/importação de sistemas, integrações com outros sistemas e plataformas (como ERPs e afins) e ministrar treinamentos sobre o uso das soluções;
- Manter comunicação próxima, clara e proativa com os clientes, atuando como ponto de referência para alinhamentos, dúvidas, solicitações, treinamentos e serviços;
- Coordenar interações entre as áreas internas (técnica, suporte, produto e comercial), assegurando alinhamento, eficiência e cumprimento de prazos;
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e satisfação, propondo ações de melhoria contínua com foco na experiência, retenção e expansão dos clientes;
- Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e fortalecimento da parceria, contribuindo para o aumento sustentável da base por meio de upgrades e novas contratações.
Requisitos
O que esperamos de você:
- Obrigatório - Experiência em gestão de projetos com contas estratégicas (modelo B2B);
- Obrigatório - Experiência em empresas de tecnologia com modelo de negócios SaaS;
- Obrigatório - Conhecimento técnico em telecomunicações;
- Desejável formação em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão de Negócios, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas;
- Capacidade analítica e comunicação clara, com diferentes perfis de interlocutores (operacional, técnico e executivo);
- Perfil organizado, consultivo e orientado a resultados.
Diferenciais Que Valorizamos
- Experiência com projetos de integração de sistemas e migração de dados;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão como Jira, Trello, Notion e HubSpot;
- Experiência com clientes corporativos e equipes multidisciplinares;
- Espanhol e/ou inglês intermediário — serão diferenciais bem-vindos
