Company Description The Procurement and Facilities Manager is responsible for leading all procurement operations and facilities management across LatAm (Brazil and Mexico), ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, budget requirements, and event delivery timelines. This role strategically manages indirect purchasing categories with emphasis on contracting services for events, trade shows, and conferences, while overseeing office-related facilities contracts. The position involves conducting complex negotiations, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and developing strong supplier partnerships. The manager will implement sustainable procurement practices, ensure compliance with ESG principles, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis. Job Description Reporting to the COO LatAm, this role leads strategic procurement for indirect categories and facilities management, focusing on operational excellence, cost optimization, and sustainability. The position requires expertise in supplier relationship management across diverse categories, from multinational corporations to small businesses. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with ESG principles, and deliver innovative solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced events industry environment.
