Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers by providing expert product knowledge, handling sales transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, recommending products based on their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that the sales floor stays organized and presentable. The individual will contribute to meeting sales goals and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and manage interactions effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic sales environment and a willingness to learn.
