DescriptionBuscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Backend Sênior com forte senso de ownership e foco em delivery ponta a ponta. Você será responsável por desenhar, implementar e manter soluções que resolvam problemas de negócio de forma eficaz, influenciando processos e decisões técnicas do time.ResponsibilitiesResponsabilidades⁠Alavanca de impacto em negócio⁠Liderar o design e a entrega de soluções que atendam a necessidades reais dos usuários e gerem valor mensurável.⁠⁠Garantir a qualidade da experiência do usuário em toda a jornada.⁠⁠Colaboração e comunicação⁠⁠Comunicar de forma clara o problema, a proposta de solução e os trade‑offs técnicos.⁠⁠Facilitar debates de arquitetura e promover alinhamento entre desenvolvedores, produto e demais áreas.Excelência técnica⁠Projetar e manter arquiteturas escaláveis com Java, Spring Boot e PostgreSQL.⁠⁠Implementar integrações assíncronas usando RabbitMQ e/ou Pub/Sub do GCP.⁠⁠Manutenção em APIs GraphQL.⁠⁠Atendimento de incidentes⁠⁠Garantir observabilidade completa (logs, métricas, alertas), New Relic/GCP Logging.Extreme ownership⁠Assumir a responsabilidade total pelas entregas: planejamento, execução, monitoramento e correções.Foco em outcome⁠Utilizar conhecimento profundo do produto e do contexto de negócio para priorizar features de maior impacto.PrerequisitesJava⁠⁠Spring Boot (REST, Security, Data)⁠⁠GCP⁠⁠RabbitMQ⁠CI/CD (GitHub Actions)DiferenciaisDocker e Kubernetes (GKE)⁠⁠⁠ArgoCDExperiencesDNA do Grupo Intelipost
