Role Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Finance for a full-time, on-site role in São Carlos, SP. In this leadership position, you will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting and analysis, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. You will play a critical role in developing financial strategies, monitoring budgetary performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contribute to achieving the company's financial goals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Financial Planning and developing financial strategies
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and managing finance operations
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting for compliance and stakeholder communication
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive high-performance teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools
- Experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred)
