We are hiring a
Mid-Level Front-end Software Enginee
r for our
PEX team
in our Partner's Focus Area in Brazil.

The Partners Area is accountable for the supplier side of our Marketplace. They work to provide products and services for these partners, bringing customers and helping them to have more corporate clients.

The PEX (Partner Experience) team's mission is to improve the Partner experience, streamline processes, and implement strategies to elevate Partner satisfaction and engagement with Wellhub.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience;
  • Ensure successful deliveries, and promote the long-term technical health of our journeys;
  • Ensure a high bar on code quality standards, making sure devs are proud of their work;
  • Spread development best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, TDD, etc.
  • Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands;
  • Participate in the development of Desktop and Mobile applications as well as BFFs and front-end services that support the team's scope;
  • Work in a collaborative and agile environment that prioritizes people over process and is laser-focused on productivity.

WHO YOU ARE
We expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • You are familiar with frontend stacks like ReactJS, Typescript and BFFs over , but you like to work with Vanilla JS projects as well;
  • You are familiar with microfront end architecture;
  • You share the learnings with the team;
  • You are self-aware of your strengths and weakness;
  • You have experience in developing APIs RESTful web services collaborating with other teams;
  • You have experience applying computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, async programming and complexity analysis;
  • You are proficient in automated testing;
  • You seek to have the highest quality in your products, considering user experience as well as systems' cost, maintainability, availability and resilience

The following would be considered a plus:

  • Experience with one or more backend programming languages (Kotlin/Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.);
  • Experienced in architecting large-scale multi-tier web applications;
  • Experienced in designing and developing complex modern web applications;
  • Experienced in Cloud-based architectures (AWS);
